History
What we’re about to tell you is the story of the opposite the story of a team of young, close-knit Tuscan bartenders, with deep professional roots in the world of bartending both in Italy and abroad, who at a certain point fell in love with the art of baking and decided to open a pizzeria where the cocktail isn’t just a complement, but part of a dialogue.
Perhaps it’s precisely from this idea that the plural name Elementi was born first appearing on the original sign in Barberino del Mugello a few years ago, and now successfully replicated in Prato from the belief that here, there could be no pizza without cocktails and no cocktails without pizza, in an exhilarating technical challenge built on yeasts, found both in flours and in fermentations.
