Our concept
PIZZAS
The idea that gave rise to Elementi is transferred to the plate by the young hands of Chef Roberto Cordioli, who has studied a dough with 100% Italian Petra flours, which gives our pizza a unique and recognizable profile.
The leavening is slow and natural, from 36 to 48 hours, to guarantee the development of aromas and flavors, and above all high digestibility.
Sit back, relax and let yourself be guided. Our staff will be able to help you choose and pair it with our wines, cocktails and beers.
To remain faithful to our principles, we have decided to work only with a few quality ingredients: you will only find what you read written on the menu. Each pizza is hand-rolled and worked with care and love... don't rush! You can modify the pizzas according to your taste, but we recommend trying them as they were conceived.

Our beverage proposal starts from a vast selection of spirits and liqueurs.
Homemade preparations of syrups, cordials and clean Ice, fermentations, redistillations and research, all translated into an original mix that puts taste first, but without giving up surprising with unusual consistencies, transformations and combinations.
